A Seagrove Beach institution since 1995, Café Thirty-A is 30A’s old-guard fine dining room — white tablecloths, icy martinis, and a wood-fired grill turning out steaks, Gulf fish, and roasted quail. Servers here have decades on the coast and it shows. The early-evening martini special is one of the best-kept traditions on the beach, and the wine list runs deep. This is where locals go when the occasion calls for something proper.
