Friday: welcome reception and First Friday Concert Series. Saturday: neighborhood tours, a pickleball tournament at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, and a beachfront bonfire at Watersound Beach Club. Sunday: a block party with live music, food trucks, and lawn games.
