Eden Condominiums

Eden Condominiums is a Gulf-front condominium resort at 16281 Perdido Key Drive on the western half of Perdido Key, a short drive from the Alabama state line and the Flora-Bama. The complex is built in East and West towers styled after the architecture of the French Riviera, with roughly 600 feet of beach frontage, gated covered parking and on-site management. Unlike many Perdido Key condo buildings, Eden runs its own rental program from an on-site office (open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), so guests book directly with the property and check in on site.

Every unit in the rental program faces the Gulf. Choices range from one to three bedrooms, with a single five-bedroom option for large groups, and units include full kitchens, private balconies and, in many cases, in-unit hot tubs and wet bars. The two- and three-bedroom layouts are the most common, and some end units have wraparound terraces. The setup suits families, couples on longer stays and groups who want the space of a condo with more amenities than a typical Perdido Key tower offers.

The recreation facilities are extensive. Eden has three pools, including a lagoon-style Gulf-side pool with waterfalls and a heated indoor solarium pool, along with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam rooms and a sauna. The Emerald Oasis Day Spa offers treatments on property, and there is a fitness center, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a poolside cafe, a business center and meeting space of about 1,400 square feet for gatherings of up to 75 people. Beach service is available on the sand, Wi-Fi covers the whole campus, and the resort has boat slips and access to a launch ramp for guests who bring a boat. Watersports and beach equipment rentals are also available, so guests can arrange chairs, umbrellas and gear without leaving the property, and the poolside cafe covers casual lunches and snacks between swims.

Perdido Key is quieter and less built up than Pensacola Beach, with long stretches of dunes and protected land. From Eden it is a quick drive to the Flora-Bama, the beach bar and music venue on the state line, and to the restaurants and shops along Perdido Key Drive. Perdido Key State Park lies to the east, and the Johnson Beach area of Gulf Islands National Seashore at the east end of the key offers miles of undeveloped shoreline. Orange Beach and The Wharf in Alabama are a short drive west.

Downtown Pensacola, the National Naval Aviation Museum and Pensacola International Airport are reachable by car via Perdido Key Drive and the Theo Baars Bridge, making Eden workable for visitors who want a quieter beach base while still having city attractions within reach. Guests planning a stay can call the rental office directly for unit availability, since all bookings run through the on-site team.
