Seahaven Beach Hotel

Seahaven Beach Hotel is the hotel building of the Seahaven Beach Resorts complex at 15285 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, roughly a mile east of Pier Park. The complex fronts more than a quarter mile of private beach, and it also includes The Reef at Seahaven hotel and the Origin at Seahaven condominium tower. The well-known Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant sits on the property.

The hotel has 122 rooms in four main categories: standard king rooms, rooms with two double beds, two-room suites with a king bed in a private bedroom and a double in the second room, and beachfront pool rooms closest to the water. Rooms have balconies, and the two-room suites are the pick for families who want a door between the adults and the kids. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

The pool sits beside the beach with an elevated deck overlooking the Gulf, and it is open from morning until sunset. Seahaven Beach Hotel suits value-minded families, groups of friends, and dog owners who want a room close to the water and a lively beach bar within walking distance. It is a casual property rather than a polished resort, so travelers looking for spa services or upscale finishes may prefer another option. Those who need more space can look at the condos at Origin at Seahaven in the same complex. Because it shares a beach with its sister properties, the complex has the feel of a small beach village, with the hotel, The Reef, Origin, and Sharky’s all within a short walk of each other.
