One Seagrove Place

One Seagrove Place is a Gulf-front condominium tower at 4100 E County Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Built in the mid 1980s, before height limits took effect along Scenic 30A, it is described by its on-site rental company as the only high-rise on 30A, and real estate agents count it as one of just two condo towers on the highway, along with BeachCrest. County-based building data lists about 130 units, and every floor has sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condos follow a consistent plan: two bedrooms and two baths of roughly 860 to 870 square feet, sleeping four to six guests, each with a private balcony facing the Gulf. Many units have been updated with new kitchens and stainless appliances. The association has recently invested in a renovated lobby, new elevators and new entry doors and windows, and a pool rebuild and landscaping project has been planned.

A boardwalk crosses the dunes to the beach, and rental companies note that beach bonfires can be arranged, which is uncommon on 30A. An on-site rental office provides a front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and security, and bike and golf cart rentals are available on property. Units are individually owned and rented through owners and several rental companies, so decor and extras such as beach chair service vary by unit. Walton County’s Leave Only Footprints rules apply on the beach, so chairs and umbrellas must be taken off the sand each evening.

The tower sits in the middle of 30A, which makes it easy to explore both ends of the highway. Seaside is a short bike ride west on the Timpoochee Trail, with WaterColor and Grayton Beach beyond, while Seagrove Plaza’s shops and restaurants are close by. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are a short drive east, and Deer Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park both offer quieter beaches and dune lake trails.

One Seagrove Place suits couples, small families and friends who want an elevator building with services such as a front desk and on-site maintenance, plus a pool and tennis, directly on the beach. The uniform two-bedroom layout also makes it convenient for groups booking several units together. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about forty minutes away.
