WoodSpring Suites Panama City Beach is a four-story, 122-studio extended-stay hotel that opened in 2023 at 9801 Front Beach Road, on the inland section of the road near Thomas Drive. Coconut Creek Family Fun Park is a two minute walk, ZooWorld is about ten minutes on foot and the Gulf is a 15 to 20 minute walk south. Publix Sports Park is about three miles away, and Tyndall Air Force Base is roughly 15 miles east.
Every studio is about 320 square feet and has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop and a microwave, plus a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. Layouts include one queen, two queens or one king. The hotel offers nightly, weekly and monthly stays, and housekeeping is every other week, with extra cleaning available for a fee.
On site there is a fitness center, guest laundry and vending, and parking is free. Dogs are welcome, up to two per room and 50 pounds each, for a nightly fee and a deposit; cats are not accepted. The hotel is smoke free and does not take cash.
It is a practical base for traveling workers, people relocating to Bay County and families who want to cook their own meals and stay a week or longer close to both the beach and the Front Beach Road attractions.
