TownePlace Suites Panama City Beach Pier Park is a four-story, 124-suite Marriott hotel on Panama City Beach Parkway, next door to its sister Residence Inn. Pier Park is about a five minute walk, Frank Brown Park is across the way, and the Gulf and Russell-Fields Pier are just under a mile south.

Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen, so it is set up for families, work crews and anyone staying a week or more. Suites include separate sleeping and work areas and plenty of storage for beach gear. A free hot breakfast buffet is served daily. Outdoors there is a pool, a fire pit and grills with a picnic area, and inside there is a 24-hour fitness center, a business center and guest laundry.

Parking is on site for a daily fee. Pets are welcome, up to two per suite at 50 pounds each, for a one-time fee. Check-in is at 4 pm, and the minimum check-in age is 21.
