About

Emerald Coast Theatre Company is a nonprofit professional theatre founded in 2012 by Nathanael and Anna Fisher, who received the Florida Theatre Conference’s Distinguished Career Award in 2023. Its mission is to enrich and entertain the Emerald Coast through professional and educational theatre, and it produces plays and musicals year-round from a second-floor theatre at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach.

The theatre is at 560 Grand Blvd, Suite 200, in Miramar Beach, phone 850-684-0323, online at emeraldcoasttheatre.org. Season 14 runs from September 2026 through May 2027: Come From Away (September 10–27), The 39 Steps (October 15–25), Million Dollar Quartet Christmas (December 3–20), 9 to 5 (January 21 to February 7), Dear Jack, Dear Louise (February 18–28) and Frozen (May 6–23).

Education is half the mission. The company offers youth and adult classes, summer camps, a Junior Thespian troupe, a Teen Company, field trips and scholarships, giving young performers a chance to build confidence and work together onstage.

The entrance faces Highway 98, upstairs above Williams Sonoma and across from Cantina Laredo, with stairs and an elevator. The box office is open Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 1pm, and one hour before shows; tickets are also sold online and by phone. Discounts are available for seniors, military and students, and prices vary by show, so check the website.
