UWF Center for Fine & Performing Arts
About
The University of West Florida’s Center for Fine & Performing Arts has been the arts hub of the UWF campus since it was built in 1991. It houses the Department of Theatre, the Department of Art and Design and the Dr. Grier Williams School of Music, so a single building serves plays, concerts and exhibitions. The university describes it as a primary destination for arts and culture in Northwest Florida.
The center is Building 82 on the UWF campus in Pensacola, and the box office can be reached at 850-857-6285; season details are posted at uwf.edu/cfpa. Programming centers on student productions and performances, alongside visiting artists from around the world.
The box office is at the main entrance to the building and is open Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm, plus one hour before every event. Theatre tickets are $20 for adults; $16 for seniors 62+ and active military; $14 for non-UWF students, faculty, staff and alumni; and $7 for ages 18 and under. UWF students get in free with a valid Nautilus Card (as of September 2026).
All seating is general admission, with no reserved seats, and doors open 30 minutes before curtain. Arriving early is the simplest way to get the seats you want. Check the website for the current season lineup.
