FINNS Island Style Grub started as a converted food truck in 2009. Justin and Karen Buxton named it after their son, and the Thomas Drive location in Panama City Beach now serves island-style tacos and bowls from an outdoor pavilion next to Mr. Surf’s surf shop. There’s a second location in St. Andrews.

- Mahi fish tacos
- 12-hour smoked carnitas
- Ceviche and smoked tuna dip
- Breakfast burritos, açaí and smoothie bowls, and lattes from the barista bar
Good to know
- Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed Mondays. Seating is outdoors, so it may close in bad weather.
