About

Salt is the restaurant inside the Hilton Pensacola Beach, and it’s worth a visit even if you’re not staying there. It opened in May 2023 with a coastal Mediterranean menu built around fresh Gulf seafood, and the room, with pecky cypress and local art, feels more beach house than hotel.

On the menu

  • Dips: hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki and baked feta to share.
  • Chesapeake blue crab cakes, arroz a la marinera and seafood linguine
  • The Salt burger, made with 1855 Black Angus beef
  • Breakfast: a buffet with an omelet station.
