The Local is a one-stop market on the quieter east end of Pensacola Beach, near Portofino Island Resort. Dustin and Mandy Vaughn, longtime island residents, run it as a family business, and it covers everything a condo week needs.

- Deli: made-to-order Boar’s Head sandwiches and breakfast bagels from a local maker.
- Market: groceries, beach essentials and locally made goods.
- Liquor store: upstairs, with a beer cave and a wine selection.
