Beach Club Resort & Spa is a Gulf-front condominium resort at 18 Via De Luna Drive in the heart of Pensacola Beach’s hotel row, a short walk east of Casino Beach. The property combines a 21-story tower with a group of three-story cabana buildings, for a total of 92 Gulf-front residences, and its rental program is run by Premier Island Management Group, which also operates the on-site Aqua Spa. A staffed front desk handles check-in during daytime hours, and the resort is listed as a single bookable property on the major travel sites.

Accommodations run from one to four bedrooms. The tower holds three- and four-bedroom residences, while the cabanas offer one-, two- and larger layouts, and units sleep up to 10 guests. Every residence has Gulf views from a private balcony, and interiors feature gourmet kitchens, dining areas, spa-style bathrooms, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and full-size washers and dryers. The larger tower units work well for multigenerational families and groups of friends who want hotel-style amenities with the space and kitchen of a condo.

The amenity package is strong for a condo property. A heated indoor pool with a Mediterranean-inspired design is a welcome option on cool winter days, and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub sit on the Gulf side of the grounds. A fitness center on the first floor has cardio machines, weights and exercise bikes, and the grounds also include tennis courts. Aqua Spa at Beach Club offers massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures, is open daily and also welcomes visitors who are not staying at the resort. Premier Island’s direct bookings include a complimentary beach chair setup for two.

A few house rules are worth knowing before booking. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Vacation guests may not bring pets, and parking is limited to two vehicles per unit with a permit, with trailers, boats, motorcycles and RVs directed to a nearby paid lot. Monthly stays are available for snowbirds and longer visits in the off season. Booking directly with Premier Island Management Group also brings local discounts on bike rentals, dolphin cruises, sunset boat tours, spa services and shopping, which can add up over a week-long stay with a larger group.

The location puts guests within walking distance of the Casino Beach area, the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and the restaurants, bars and shops around the Quietwater Beach Boardwalk on the sound side. Via De Luna Drive continues east toward the Portofino towers and the Opal Beach section of Gulf Islands National Seashore, and Fort Pickens Road leads west to the historic fort. Gulf Breeze, downtown Pensacola and the National Naval Aviation Museum are all within an easy drive. Pensacola International Airport is the closest commercial airport.
