Beach & Yacht Club at Perdido Key

The Beach & Yacht Club at Perdido Key is a Gulf-front condominium community on the west end of Perdido Key, next door to Shipwatch and Perdido Towers and less than a mile from the Flora-Bama. The complex runs from the beach back toward Old River, giving owners and guests both Gulf frontage and a place to keep a boat.

The towers are low density, with four residences per floor, and floor plans range from two bedroom units of about 1,400 square feet to three bedroom units of about 1,700 square feet. Many units have Gulf-front balconies off several rooms, floor to ceiling glass doors, garden whirlpool tubs, wet bars and built-in ice makers.

Shared amenities include a Gulf-front pool, a clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, an exercise room and on-site management. On the boating side there is a boat ramp, a dock with slips, trailer storage and a fishing pier. Covered parking is available.

Units at the Beach & Yacht Club are individually owned. Some are rented directly by their owners through the association’s vacation rental pages, and others are listed with rental companies or on Vrbo. Amenities such as boat slip use, parking and beach chair service vary by unit, so check each listing.

The Flora-Bama and its marina are a short drive west, and Orange Beach and Gulf Shores restaurants are just over the Alabama line. Perdido Key State Park is a few miles east and Johnson Beach is roughly 15 minutes away. The Beach & Yacht Club suits boaters, anglers and families who want a quieter, smaller community with Gulf views and room for a boat.
