Because units are rented by more than one company, check-in location, parking passes, and fees depend on who manages the specific condo, so confirm those details before arrival. Pier Park’s SkyWheel, restaurants, and stores are just across Front Beach Road, and Frank Brown Park, with its sports fields and seasonal events, sits a short drive inland.

Calypso works well for families and groups who want condo space with a kitchen and the ability to walk to dinner and shopping. Couples who prefer a quieter beach may find the Pier Park area busy in peak season, while those who like being in the middle of the action will appreciate not needing the car. The West End beaches, Frank Brown Park, and the restaurants along Front Beach Road are all a short drive away.
