Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City Beach – Pier Park Area is one of the newer hotels on the west end of Panama City Beach Parkway. Built in 2023, the four-story property has 84 rooms and sits near the Man in the Sea Museum, about a mile north of the Gulf. Pier Park is a few minutes’ drive east, and the Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach end of 30A is about 15 minutes west.
Rooms come with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. A free hot breakfast is served daily, and the Grab and Go market covers snacks between meals. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, guest laundry, meeting rooms and a lobby fireplace, and the property is smoke free.
Parking is free, and there is an EV charging station on site. The hotel does not accept pets, other than service animals. The outdoor boardwalk space can host small gatherings. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about an 18 minute drive, and local favorites such as Thomas Donut and Snack Shop are a few minutes away. Rooms range from standard kings and two-queen rooms to suites.
It is a straightforward, modern choice for couples and families who plan to split time between the Pier Park area and the quieter west end beaches, and for travelers who want a newer building without staying in a busy Gulf-front tower.
