Everhome Suites Panama City Beach – 30A is a 2026 addition to the far west end of Panama City Beach Parkway, close to the Walton County line. The four-story Choice Hotels property has 100 apartment-style suites. Lake Powell is about half a mile away, the Gulf is under a mile south, and Carillon Beach, Inlet Beach and the Rosemary Beach end of 30A are a couple of minutes’ drive. Pier Park is roughly 15 minutes east.
Every suite has a fully equipped kitchen, and the layouts include king and two-queen studios plus one-bedroom suites. Outside there is a seasonal pool, a fire pit, grills and a patio seating area. The hotel also has a 24-hour fitness center, guest laundry and a grab and go market.
Parking is free. Dogs are welcome, up to two per suite and 50 pounds each, with a nightly fee and a deposit. Children 18 and under stay free with an adult. Check-in is at 3 pm, earlier than many beach hotels, which helps on a travel day. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.
The address suits longer beach stays, families who want to cook, and visitors who would rather be near the quieter 30A side than the middle of Panama City Beach while still keeping Pier Park within a short drive.
