Fairfield Inn & Suites Panama City Beach is a four-story, 109-room Marriott hotel built in 2016 at 7718 Front Beach Road, next door to Home2 Suites on the east end of the beach. Naval Support Activity Panama City is less than half a mile away, ZooWorld is a short drive, and the Gulf sand is about two miles south.
Breakfast is free every day, with hot, buffet and grab and go options and later hours on weekends. The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool with an accessible entry, a fitness center, a business center, meeting space and guest laundry. Rooms have smart TVs with streaming, microwaves, refrigerators and work desks, and the building uses interior corridors with elevator access to all four floors.
Self parking is on site for a daily fee. Up to two pets are allowed per room for a one-time fee per stay. Marriott Bonvoy members get free in-room Wi-Fi when booking direct. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about 18 miles away, a drive of roughly half an hour.
The Fairfield works for Navy and contractor travel, sports families on a budget and anyone who wants a familiar brand on the calmer east end, with Thomas Drive, St. Andrews State Park and the Pier Park area all within a short drive. Wheelchair-accessible features are available throughout.
