St. Andrews Bay is about a ten minute walk, the Gulf beaches are roughly three miles south, St. Andrews State Park is under five miles and Pier Park is about 15 minutes west.
Rooms include a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, desk and flat screen TV. The free Bright Side Breakfast is served every morning, with slightly longer hours on weekends. The outdoor pool has a hot tub alongside, and there is a fitness center, a 24/7 business center with meeting rooms and guest laundry. The property has extensive accessibility features, including a pool lift.
Self parking is free and the lot can take RVs, buses and trucks, which is useful for boat trailers and sports team vehicles. Up to two dogs or cats, up to 75 pounds each, are allowed for a nightly fee.
