Majestic Beach Resort

Majestic Beach Resort is a large Gulf-front condominium resort at 10901 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, made up of two high-rise towers on the beach. It is managed on site by Schulstadt Rentals, the resort’s official vacation rental company, which runs a rental management office at the property, and other companies also manage individual units.

Units range from studios to four-bedroom condos, and the resort accommodates group reservations as well. Condos are individually owned, so decor varies, but units typically include kitchens and balconies with Gulf views, and the larger layouts suit families and groups traveling together. The studios suit couples, while the three- and four-bedroom units can sleep large families or groups.

The amenity list is long. Tower 1 has two large Gulf-front outdoor pools, Tower 2 has a shaded outdoor pool with hot tubs, and there are two indoor heated pools, a kiddie pool, and three hot tubs in total. H2O Poolside Bar & Grill operates seasonally, and a ground-floor market and deli with Starbucks coffee handles snacks and supplies. Guests also have a fitness center, a tennis and pickleball court, a game room, a movie theater with stadium seating, conference space for groups of 100 or more, and a pop-up boutique. The resort has 24-hour security, air-conditioned walkways from the parking garage, and three boardwalks to the beach.

On the sand, beach services offer chairs, parasailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides, and the resort rents beach gear such as wagons and coolers, as well as beach wheelchairs and scooters. Bikini Beach Resort and Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort are close neighbors, Pier Park is a short drive west, and Thomas Drive and St. Andrews State Park are a short drive east. Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park are short drives away.

Majestic Beach Resort suits families and groups who want condo space with resort-style amenities, particularly the indoor heated pools and theater that make it workable in cooler months and on rainy days. It also draws event groups thanks to its conference space. Because rental companies differ, guests should check fees, parking, and fitness center access with their rental manager, since some amenities are included only for direct bookings.
