Ocean Ritz

Ocean Ritz is a 23-story Gulf-front condominium at 10611 Front Beach Road in central Panama City Beach. Completed in 2006, it is a slender tower with only about 64 units, and it is known for offering exclusively large floor plans: every condo is a three-bedroom or four-bedroom unit, including four-bedroom, four-bath suites that are rare on this beach.

Units run roughly 1,300 to 1,640 square feet. They typically feature granite counters, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, walk-in closets, double sinks in the primary bath, a washer and dryer and oversized private balconies facing the Gulf. With so few units per floor, hallways and elevators stay quiet.

The pool deck is secured and sits right on the Gulf, with a seasonally heated pool and a jacuzzi. Pier Park is a short drive west, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about 18 miles away.

Units at Ocean Ritz are individually owned and rented through their owners and several rental companies, so furnishings, bed layouts, parking rules and extras such as seasonal beach chair service vary from one unit to the next. Its all-large-unit layout makes it a natural fit for big families, multigenerational trips and groups who want one condo with a bath for each bedroom.
