Origin at Seahaven

Origin at Seahaven is the condominium tower of the Seahaven Beach Resorts complex, located at 15100 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, about a mile east of Pier Park. The 17-story building sits on the Gulf with private beach access, and it shares the complex’s long stretch of sand with the Seahaven Beach Hotel and The Reef at Seahaven.

Accommodations are privately owned condominiums managed for nightly rental, with a wide range of sizes: studios, efficiencies, and one- through four-bedroom units, plus a six-bedroom penthouse with sweeping Gulf and beach views. Units include full kitchens and private balconies with Gulf views, and furnishings vary by owner. All units are non-smoking, and the minimum check-in age is 21. The smaller studios and efficiencies are a practical option for couples, while the four-bedroom units and the penthouse suit extended families.

The resort’s shared amenities center on the Grand Pool Terrace, which has a heated spa and is open into the evening. Indoors, there is a movie theater with stadium-style seating, an arcade on the ground floor, and a fitness center with cardio equipment. A three-level parking garage serves the building, and on-site guest services handle check-in, with a staffed front desk at the entrance. Guests can also use the complex’s dining, including Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and its tiki bar. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

The beach in front of Seahaven is private to resort guests, and water sports vendors offer parasailing, jet skis, and banana boat rides from the sand. Pier Park is a short drive or a longer beach walk to the west, and the restaurants and attractions of central Front Beach Road are nearby. Gulf World Marine Park, a long-running marine attraction on Front Beach Road, is nearby, and Pier Park’s SkyWheel, stores, and restaurants are about a mile away.

Origin at Seahaven suits families and groups who want condo space, especially large groups who can book the bigger units or the penthouse together. The theater and arcade give kids something to do on rainy days, and the Seahaven complex offers a casual beach bar scene within walking distance. Because the minimum check-in age is 21, it is not set up for young groups without an adult of age, and services such as housekeeping depend on the rental agreement.
