Regency Inn and Suites is at 7051 Pensacola Boulevard, on the US 29 corridor close to the Interstate 10 interchange on Pensacola’s north side. It is one of a group of independent motels on this stretch, and older listings at the same address show a Ramada and a Baymont, brands that no longer operate here.

The Regency is a basic, low-cost choice for a quick overnight stop off the interstate. Guest reviews raise maintenance and cleanliness concerns, so it suits travelers who have read recent reviews and are comfortable with a very simple room. Travelers who want a pool or breakfast at a similar rate will find a few options, including the Quality Inn Pensacola North, within a few blocks on the same road. The motel’s advantages are its location a minute from the interstate, free parking beside the rooms and in-room refrigerators and microwaves for simple meals. Chain restaurants around the interchange, including Waffle House and several fast food outlets, fill the gap for breakfast and late dinners. It is not a place for a long vacation stay.
