The property is independently run, and some booking sites still carry an older Quality Inn & Suites University Area listing for the same address.

With 131 rooms on two floors, it is one of the larger motels in the area. Rooms open to exterior walkways and have a microwave and a refrigerator, which helps for longer stays.
