SeaSpray Perdido Key

SeaSpray is a condominium complex at 16287 Perdido Key Drive on the west end of Perdido Key, between Perdido Key State Park and the Flora-Bama. It covers about seven acres with roughly 300 feet of Gulf frontage. Two of its buildings, SeaSpray East and SeaSpray West, sit directly on the beach, while a third, the River building, is across the street on Old River. Travelers who want the Gulf-front experience should book in the East or West building.

The complex dates to 1984 and has about 154 condos. Most units are two bedroom plans of about 1,240 square feet and three bedroom plans of about 1,650 square feet, with a few one bedroom units. Gulf-front units have balconies facing the water, and many have been renovated over the years.

SeaSpray has three pools: a zero-entry pool at the West building, a pool and hot tub at the East building, and a riverside pool. Other amenities include a fitness room, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a riverside grilling area and a marina with a boat launch, boat slips, a fishing pier, a fish cleaning station and trailer storage. There are also EV chargers in the riverside lot.

SeaSpray condos are individually owned and rented through owners and several rental companies. Parking pass fees, boat slip rules, decor and beach chair service vary by unit and by company, so confirm details before booking.

The Flora-Bama and its marina are less than two miles west, and Perdido Key State Park is about a mile and a half east. Big Lagoon State Park and Johnson Beach are both within a short drive. SeaSpray suits anglers and boaters who want to bring a boat and keep it on the river, as well as families who like having several pools to choose from.
