The Pearl of Navarre is a Gulf-front condominium tower at 8499 Gulf Boulevard on Navarre Beach, about half a mile from the Navarre Beach bridge. It is a condo building with individually owned units, not a hotel. The gated, 17-story tower was completed in 1999 and sits between Caribbean Resort and Navarre Beach Regency. Development on this part of Santa Rosa Island is limited to a short strip along Gulf Boulevard, with protected land on both sides, including the Gulf Islands National Seashore to the west, so the beach tends to feel open and uncrowded.
Units come in two bedroom, two bath and three bedroom, three bath floor plans. Living rooms have floor to ceiling glass, and main bedrooms open onto private balconies facing the Gulf. Three bedroom corner units have wraparound views, and many condos have upgrades such as jetted tubs and stone counters.
Shared amenities include two pools, one of them seasonally heated, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, a gazebo, grilling and picnic areas, a fitness center with Gulf views and a meeting room. A private boardwalk crosses the dunes to the beach, and there is an EV charger in the parking area. The grounds are gated with ample parking.
Pearl of Navarre condos are individually owned and rented through their owners and several rental companies, including on-site and off-site managers and owners who list on Vrbo. Beach chair and umbrella service is offered seasonally, but what is included, along with parking, pet rules and furnishings, varies by unit. The sand here is soft and white, and the water is often calm and clear in summer. Because sea turtles nest on Navarre Beach from May through October, guests are asked to keep beach-facing lights low at night and to remove chairs and toys from the sand before dark.
The Navarre Beach Pier, the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center are all a short drive or walk east, and restaurants near the foot of the bridge are close by. The quiet, undeveloped Gulf Islands National Seashore stretches west toward Pensacola Beach. The Pearl of Navarre suits families and couples who want a high-rise Gulf view with resort-style pools in a calmer beach town.
