Oceania is a Gulf-front condominium tower on Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle in Destin. Set on the beach side of the island, the building looks south over the Gulf of Mexico, and many units also take in views of the Destin Harbor to the north.

Built in 1995, Oceania rises 10 stories and holds 71 condominiums, according to association and county records compiled by Emerald Coast Condo Map. Rentals are mostly three-bedroom, three-bathroom units of about 2,000 square feet that sleep from six to eleven guests. Listings describe floor-to-ceiling windows, open living areas, fully equipped kitchens and large balconies.

Shared amenities include a pool that is heated in the cooler months, an exercise room, gas grills, high-speed internet and gated entry, with the beach directly below the building. Several rental companies offer beach service in season.

The Holiday Isle setting is residential and relaxed, yet close to Destin’s busiest attractions. The Destin Harbor, HarborWalk Village and the charter fishing fleet are a short drive away, and Highway 98, with its restaurants, shops, water park and family entertainment, begins just east of the island. The East Pass and its jetties sit at the west end of Holiday Isle.

Oceania suits families and groups who need extra room, with three-bedroom layouts that are larger than many beachfront condos in Destin. The mid-rise size, harbor views on the north side and quick drive to the rest of town make it a practical choice for longer stays and multigenerational trips.
