Coral Reef Club

Coral Reef Club is a low-density, Gulf-front condominium complex on Highway 98 East in Destin, at the western end of the Crystal Beach area. The three-story building sits directly on the beach, and three dune crossings lead from the grounds down to the sand.

Built in 1985, the complex has 49 condominiums, according to association and county records compiled by Emerald Coast Condo Map. Rentals are mostly one-bedroom, one-bathroom condos that sleep up to six with a sleeper sofa, laid out with open living, dining and kitchen areas. First-floor units have walk-out patios, and upper floors have furnished balconies overlooking the water.

Shared amenities include a heated pool, a shuffleboard court, outdoor grilling stations, elevator access and private beach access.

Henderson Beach State Park, with its protected dunes, boardwalks and campground, is a short stroll west. Destin Commons, with shops, restaurants and a movie theater, is nearby, HarborWalk Village and the Destin Harbor are a few minutes west, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin are a short drive east.

Coral Reef Club suits couples and small families who want a simple one-bedroom condo on a quiet stretch of beach without the crowds of a high-rise.
