About
Fat Clemenza’s is a small Italian restaurant in Miramar Beach that owner Dominic Damiano opened in 2008. It’s modeled on Tufano’s, a Chicago classic, and the name is a nod to Clemenza from The Godfather. Many ingredients are imported from Italy, and Chicago sausage is shipped in twice a week.
