Harbor Docks

Harbor Docks has been a Destin Harbor seafood restaurant since 1979, with a waterfront porch where you can watch the boats come and go. It’s known for an unusual pairing that works: fresh Gulf seafood and an award-winning sushi bar under one roof.

Gulf to Table

The fish comes from the family’s own wholesale seafood market, and boats unload their catch right at the restaurant’s dock. Harbor Docks calls the program Gulf to Table, and it’s the reason to order the local catch or the sushi rather than anything that could have come from a freezer. The menu covers Gulf grouper and red snapper, steaks and a long list of specialty rolls.

Take A Kid Fishing Day

Each year on the first Sunday in November, Harbor Docks hosts Take A Kid Fishing Day, a free event for children ages 7 to 13. Kids get breakfast, a trip on a charter boat, a fish fry and a rod and reel to keep. The restaurant says more than 10,000 kids have taken part over three decades.
