Comfort Inn Miramar Beach-Destin is on Emerald Coast Parkway West (US 98) in the middle of Miramar Beach, between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. It is a 72-room hotel with a 24-hour front desk.
Breakfast is included each morning. The hotel has a newly equipped fitness center, and Wi-Fi and self-parking are free. Dogs are welcome, up to two per room within a weight limit, for a per-pet fee. Travel sites do not list a pool here, so families who want one should look at the nearby La Quinta or Holiday Inn Express.
The Gulf at Miramar Beach is just under a mile south, about a 17-minute walk, and the Seascape golf course and Rainforest Black Light Golf and Arcade are both within walking distance. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a two-minute drive, Destin Commons is a few miles west, and Destin Executive Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.
It suits travelers with dogs, budget-minded couples, and anyone who wants a simple room and breakfast near both the outlets and the beach. Continental breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. The hotel is smoke free, and its position on the main highway makes it easy to reach both Destin and Sandestin, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and beach shops within a short drive. Rooms are simple and geared to guests who will be out most of the day.
