Hilton Garden Inn Panama City is a four-story, 111-room hotel at 1101 US Highway 231, just south of the 23rd Street intersection in north Panama City. It opened in 2006. Linos Park is under a mile away, the Science and Discovery Center of Northwest Florida is about two miles, the downtown marina is roughly three miles and the Panama City Beach sand is about 20 minutes west.
The Garden Grille serves breakfast and dinner, and there is a full bar and lounge for evening drinks. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center and about 1,400 square feet of meeting space, plus guest laundry. Rooms and junior suites come with a king or two queens.
Self parking is free, and EV charging includes both Tesla and Level 2 chargers. Up to two pets are allowed for a one-time fee that is higher for stays of five nights or more. Check-in is at 3 pm, and accessible rooms with mobility features are available in both king and double queen layouts.
It is well suited to business travelers and conference groups who want dinner and a drink without leaving the property, visitors to the nearby hospitals and colleges, and families who prefer an in-town base between downtown, Tyndall Air Force Base and the beach. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about 18 miles away.
