Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin

Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin is on Emerald Coast Parkway (US 98) in central Destin, next to The Track family fun park and across the highway from the Gulf-front condos. The public beach is a short walk across US 98, and Henderson Beach State Park is under a mile east. The hotel has 95 suites, each with a full kitchen.

A hot breakfast is included daily, and a complimentary evening reception is held Monday through Thursday. The pool area is geared toward families, with a children’s pool and splash pad, a hot tub and a fire pit, and there is a turf patio with lounge seating. The hotel also has a fitness center, a small theater-style meeting room and a complimentary grocery shopping service. Parking is free with in-and-out privileges, and electric vehicle chargers are available. Up to two dogs or cats are welcome for a per-stay fee.

Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park is about a mile away, HarborWalk Village about three miles west, and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport roughly 23 miles.

It suits families with young children, groups who want to cook some meals, and longer stays where a separate living area helps. One-bedroom suites have a separate living room with a sofa bed, and studios fit two queen beds for families. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and cribs and connecting suites are available on request.
