Hyatt House Destin

Hyatt House Destin opened in June 2026 on Legendary Drive, a short walk east of the Destin Commons shopping center and beside the Regatta Bay golf course. The six-story hotel has 146 studios and one-bedroom suites, all with kitchens, which makes it a practical choice for longer vacations and work stays as well as weekend trips.

Breakfast is included daily, with hot items such as eggs, sausage and waffles plus fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. The H Bar has indoor and outdoor seating and serves drinks and light meals in the evening, and the H Market sells snacks and groceries around the clock. The oversize outdoor pool is the centerpiece of the grounds, and there is a 24-hour fitness center. Parking is free and includes electric vehicle charging. Up to two pets are allowed for a per-stay fee.

The Commons’ shops and restaurants are under half a mile away, James Lee Beach is about a mile south, and the Crab Trap and other Gulf-side restaurants are nearby. Henderson Beach State Park is roughly two miles west, and Destin Harbor is a short drive beyond that.

It suits families who want a kitchen and space to spread out, snowbirds and remote workers staying a week or more, and travelers relocating to the area. Suites have separate sleeping and living areas in the one-bedroom layouts, with sofa beds in the studios, and several of the photos show corner suites with extra windows. Pets up to a set weight are allowed, with a longer-stay fee structure for visits of a week or more.
