Residence Inn by Marriott Navarre Waterfront opened in October 2025 at 8631 Navarre Parkway, on the Santa Rosa Sound side of US-98 near the foot of the Navarre Beach bridge. It is a recent addition to the Navarre mainland, and its location lets guests drive across to Navarre Beach in a few minutes while staying on calmer water. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is about 23 miles east and Pensacola International about 29 miles west.
As a Residence Inn, every room is a suite with a full kitchen, and HotelPlanner lists 105 units, from studios to one- and two-bedroom layouts with separate living and sleeping areas. That setup suits families, extended-stay guests and anyone who wants to cook after a day on the water rather than eat out every night.
A free hot breakfast is served every morning. The outdoor pool sits on the waterfront with sound views, and the fitness center looks out over the water as well. The Shore Thing bar gives guests a spot for a drink overlooking Santa Rosa Sound. Self parking is complimentary, and up to two pets of up to 75 pounds each are welcome for a non-refundable fee.
The hotel fits beach vacations, longer work stays near Hurlburt Field and visits with family in Navarre. Mobile key access and free Wi-Fi are standard, and a business center is available for travelers who need to print or work.
