Stayapt Suites Pensacola is at 9229 University Parkway, on the north side of Pensacola about a mile from the University of West Florida and just over half a mile from Baptist Medical Park. Pensacola International Airport is about four miles away and the Pensacola Bay Center downtown is about eight miles.

Stayapt is a small extended-stay brand built around apartment-style suites. The three-story building has 87 suites of more than 500 square feet each, with a separate living area, a bedroom and a work space, which is larger than a typical extended-stay studio. Every suite has a full kitchen with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. There is an on-site fitness center and a guest laundry, and the property was last renovated in 2024. All suites are nonsmoking with interior hallways.

Parking is free. Pets are allowed for a fee. Housekeeping is weekly.

The suites suit anyone staying for weeks or months, such as traveling nurses at the nearby medical offices, visiting faculty, relocating families and contractors. The Davis Highway shopping corridor and Interstate 10 are a few minutes south, and UWF’s campus trails and events are close by. Weekly housekeeping and full kitchens make the suites feel more like a furnished apartment than a hotel room, which is the point of the format. Complimentary uncovered parking sits beside the building.
