Surf Dweller

Surf Dweller is a seven-story condominium building on the Gulf side of Okaloosa Island, located on Coral Court just off Santa Rosa Boulevard. Built in 1982, it has 83 units and is known for condos that are larger than those in many buildings of its era. It sits a short distance west of the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park.

Coral Court is a short side street off Santa Rosa Boulevard, which keeps traffic light and gives the building a quiet setting despite being close to the island’s busiest attractions.

Surf Dweller suits families who want extra square footage, a kiddie pool and courts, and groups who value a large two-bedroom layout. Its position close to the pier and Gulfarium makes it convenient for anglers and for families with children. Because the building dates to the early 1980s, interiors range from original to fully remodeled, so listing photos are worth a close look.
