Camp Creek Inn

Camp Creek Inn sits at 684 Fazio Drive inside the gated Watersound community north of Inlet Beach, set among pines and fairways rather than on the sand. The St. Joe Company opened the 75-room inn in 2023 in a three-story, estate-style building designed by architect Mark A. Diedrich. It is open to the public, and overnight guests receive what the inn calls Member for a Stay privileges at Watersound Club amenities.

Rooms range from standard kings and double queens to rooms with balconies, golf-view and driving-range-view rooms, a Junior Golf Suite and the Pine Suite, which has a separate bedroom and a private balcony. Interiors lean on warm wood tones, cream finishes and exposed brick accents, and several room types are ADA accessible.

Golf is the anchor. Guests can book tee times on the Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek course outside the door, as well as Shark’s Tooth and The Third, with green fees applied. The grounds include a resort pool with a lazy river and waterslide, a zero-entry activity pool and an adults-only lap pool, plus a wellness center, lighted tennis and pickleball courts and sporting clays. On-site dining covers ANR, which serves breakfast daily and Southern and Creole leaning dinners, Bark ‘N Brine for poolside smokehouse fare, and the 1936 lobby bar.

The beach is part of the stay even though the inn is inland. A daily shuttle runs to the private Watersound Beach Club about 3.7 miles away, where guests can eat at 30°86° with Gulf views. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are a short drive along 30A. Valet and self parking are complimentary for one vehicle per room. Pets are not permitted, though service dogs are welcome.

Camp Creek Inn suits golf trips, couples and families who want resort amenities and a private beach club without staying in a beachfront tower, and wedding or corporate groups using the inn’s meeting spaces.
