About
The Okaloosa Island Pier reaches about 1,262 feet into the Gulf from Okaloosa Island, next to The Boardwalk. The county owns it and a private operator runs it. The first pier opened here in 1972, and today’s longer pier reopened in 1999 after hurricane damage.

- Walk-on pass: $2.
- Daily fishing: $8 for adults, $7 for seniors 65 and up, $5 for kids 6 to 12, and free for 5 and under. A Florida fishing license is included.
