Home2 Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach sits at 100 West Hewett Road, just north of US Highway 98 on the western edge of South Walton. The St. Joe Company opened the 107-suite hotel in June 2023. Hilton puts the west end of Scenic Highway 30A about a mile away and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, with its coastal dune lakes and undeveloped beach, about 1.3 miles away. Grand Boulevard is roughly 1.6 miles west, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a little over four miles down US 98.

Every suite has an in-room kitchen, and the mix includes studio suites with two queen beds and one-bedroom suites, along with connecting rooms and Hilton’s Digital Key. That setup works well for families who want to cook a few meals, groups splitting rooms for a wedding or golf trip, and anyone staying a week or longer. A free hot breakfast is served each morning, and the Spin2 Cycle guest laundry saves a trip to the laundromat after beach days.

Outside, there is an outdoor pool with a fire pit lounge and barbecue grills, and a fitness center is on site. Self parking is free. Dogs and cats are welcome, with up to two pets per suite at up to 80 pounds each for a one-time fee, which makes this a practical base for travelers bringing a dog to the beaches.

The location keeps drives short in both directions. Topsail Hill, Dune Allen and the western 30A beach accesses are a few minutes east, while Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin and Miramar Beach dining are a few minutes west. Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is about 26 miles away.
