About

Solasta30A sits along US Highway 98 West in Santa Rosa Beach, tucked into a retail strip at 4688 US Highway 98 W, Suite A3, between Stretch Zone and xFORM 30A. The studio pairs a full yoga class schedule with body contouring spa services, giving both locals and visitors staying along 30A a single stop for movement, recovery, and relaxation. Call (850) 278-6039 to ask about class times or spa appointments, or book directly online at solasta30a.com. Because the studio does not post a fixed weekly schedule publicly, checking the site or calling ahead is the most reliable way to plan a visit.

Solasta30A modern holistic spa and yoga studio interior in Santa Rosa Beach

The studio was built by Lilah Annaliese, a yoga therapist and instructor who brings more than 20 years of experience across yoga, Pilates, Ayurveda, and movement physiology to her teaching. She named the space Solasta, drawn from a Gaelic root meaning luminous, shining, and sacred from within, and she runs the studio on a simple guiding principle: yoga was made for the body, not the other way around. That philosophy shapes how classes are taught here, with an emphasis on modification and accessibility rather than a single rigid form. Instead of asking students to force their bodies into a pose, instructors adapt the pose to the student, which makes the studio approachable for beginners while still offering enough intensity to challenge experienced practitioners who want a heated, dynamic flow.

Five class styles fill the weekly roster, each built around a different intention. Sol Helix is a heated, flowing class that uses spiraling movement patterns to build strength and flexibility together, and it stays open to practitioners of any level. Sol Service keeps that same all-levels flow format but layers in live chanting in Latin, Aramaic, and Sanskrit, drawing on several spiritual traditions to set a more contemplative, meditative tone than a typical vinyasa class. Asta Vinyasa moves at a faster clip, building internal heat through dynamic sequencing for students chasing a more athletic session. Sol Power runs as a shorter, midday class centered on core strength, stability, and posture work, sized to fit into a lunch break or a gap between beach trips. Yin and Restoratives closes out the lineup with slow, prop-supported holds and deep stretching, aimed at students who want to unwind rather than work up a sweat.

Solasta30A expanded into spa services in March 2025, adding hands-on treatments alongside the studio’s class schedule. The spa menu covers massage therapy, Icoone treatments, a body contouring technology, and a range of add-on services that clients can pair with a massage or a class visit. Because pricing shifts with seasonal promotions and package deals, the studio asks visitors to book online or call ahead for current membership and drop-in rates rather than publishing a fixed price sheet. Pairing a heated vinyasa class with an Icoone session in the same visit has become one of the more popular ways guests use the space, treating it as a single wellness stop rather than two separate errands.

A few house rules are worth knowing before a first visit. Cellphones stay out of the practice spaces, shoes come off at the door, and there are no shower facilities on site, so plan around that if a class falls in the middle of a beach day. Suite A3’s spot on US 98 makes Solasta30A an easy stop along the busy highway corridor connecting Santa Rosa Beach to the rest of 30A. Between a founder-led teaching philosophy, five class styles ranging from restorative to athletic, and a spa wing now sharing the same address, the studio functions as a full wellness stop rather than a single-class drop-in gym.
